Core of My Art

Ten artworks should be on display 5/6 October in the Moonambel Pavilion. The artists who have accepted our challenge will be mapping their personal journeys over the next few months leading up to the Big Event. The following artists have agreed to participate:

It will be a great variety of artwork showcasing the creative ability of some of our local artisans. We would have loved to invite more of our artists to participate but space in the pavilion rules the day.  

The Sundial continues...

April saw the analemetic sundial continuing to be created with the mosaicists (Sanne Malkaer, June Bruce, Helen Scott-Toyne and Elaine Murphy) working on the finishing touches of their blocks. The grouting brings out the beautiful shapes and colours and brings their hard work into completion. These blocks will be set in the appropriate places by Adrian van den Burgen, the leader of this wonderful masterpiece.
